Ms. Tshering Denka, Head of the Science and Humanities Department, is a dedicated mathematician committed to developing students’ analytical and problem-solving skills. She also serves as Vice-Chair of IEEE Bhutan and Secretary of the Counseling and Support Group. Her expertise, leadership, and research in applied mathematics greatly strengthen our department.
Kelzang Dorji
Lecturer, Dean of Student Affairs
Mr. Kelzang Dorji is a dedicated academic and administrator currently serving as the Dean of Student Affairs at the College of Science and Technology (CST) under the Royal University of Bhutan. With 18 years of extensive experience in both academic and administrative roles, he has contributed significantly to student development, institutional governance, and academic excellence.
Bharat Kumar Humagai

Mr. Bharat Kumar Humagai, a seasoned Lecturer in the Science and Humanities Department, brings over 18 years of teaching and research experience. A former Dean and Head of Department, he is an internationally recognized expert in environmental science, climate resilience, and sustainability. As a National Certified Counsellor, he also promotes student well-being and mental health.
